Who is Royalty Global?
Royalty Global was founded on a simple idea: build a smarter, more reliable supply partner for essential products. Founder Jonathan Noori first discovered his passion for the janitorial and paper industry in his early 20s. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a career path defined by ambition, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of supply chains.
From a young age, Jonathan was a competitive golfer. The discipline of the game — focus, patience, resilience, and the drive to win — shaped his mindset early on. Competing at a high level instilled a relentless work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement. That competitive nature didn’t stay on the course; it became the foundation of his entrepreneurial journey. The same determination that pushed him to compete and win in golf fueled his desire to build, grow, and succeed in business.
